How does Printoscope ensure print security?

Printoscope ensures print security on multiple levels. With the follow-me printing feature, documents are only printed after the user authenticates at the selected device, eliminating the risk of confidential materials being left on the printer. Additionally, Printoscope enables strict monitoring and reporting of print activity, providing full control over who prints what and when. The system also supports data encryption, ensuring information protection at every stage of the printing process.

    What are the types of authentication on the device?

    • Entering a PIN code on the device screen

    • Proximity card authentication

    • Active Directory authentication credentials

    Can I buy devices from you?

    We do not sell devices. If a client is interested in purchasing devices or using a service, we are happy to recommend a local partner who can assist them.

      Do I need to replace my devices when using the software?

      No, integration with existing devices is possible. However, if the current devices are outdated, we recommend considering upgrading to newer models to ensure optimal performance.
