With the follow-me printing feature, documents are only printed after the user authenticates at the selected device, eliminating the risk of confidential materials being left on the printer. Additionally, Printoscope enables strict monitoring and reporting of print activity, providing full control over who prints what and when. The system also supports data encryption, ensuring information protection at every stage of the printing process.
