Data Protection Principles
- Login areas and personal data entry points are protected using an SSL certificate (transmission encryption).
- Personal data in the database is encrypted — readable only by the administrator holding the key.
- User passwords are stored in hashed form.
- Two-factor authentication is used within the service.
- The administrator regularly changes administrative passwords and performs backups.
- Software used to process personal data is kept up to date.
Section 03
Hosting
The service is hosted on server infrastructure managed directly by MileSTONE Sp. z o.o. We do not use external hosting providers — all data is processed on our own secure servers.
To ensure security and reliability, we maintain technical system logs. These may include:
- URLs of requested resources,
- time of request receipt and response transmission,
- client station name (identified via HTTP protocol),
- HTTP error information,
- URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer),
- information about the user's browser and IP address,
- diagnostic data related to ordered services or email handling.
Section 04
Your Rights and Data Processing Information
Data transfers
In certain situations, the administrator may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to fulfill a contract or legal obligations. Recipients may include:
- online chat system operators,
- authorized employees and associates,
- entities providing marketing services on behalf of the administrator.
Data retention period
Personal data will be processed no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g., accounting). Data processed for marketing purposes will not be retained for more than 3 years.
Your rights (GDPR)
- access to your data,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on the administrator's legitimate interest, including profiling.
The right to object does not apply where there are legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl). Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the service's features.
Automated decision-making
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing.
Data transfers to third countries
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, unless required by the use of third-party tools (e.g. Google, Facebook) — in such cases, transfers are made on the basis of appropriate GDPR safeguards.
Section 05
Information in Forms
The service collects data voluntarily provided by users in forms. It may store information about connection parameters (time, IP address). In some cases, form data may be linked to the user's email address (e.g. via URL).
Form data is processed in accordance with its intended purpose, e.g. handling requests, commercial contact, service registration — the description of each form indicates its purpose.
Section 06
Administrator Logs
Information about user behavior within the service may be logged and used for administrative purposes and to ensure service security.
Section 07
Marketing Techniques
- The service uses Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA) for traffic statistics. The administrator does not share personal data with the service operator, only anonymized information.
- Remarketing techniques are used to tailor ads to user behavior on the site — no personal data is shared with ad operators.
- The service uses the Facebook Pixel (Facebook Inc., USA) — Facebook may learn that a registered user visited printoscope.pl. The administrator does not share any additional personal data with Facebook.
- The service uses user behavior analysis tools (e.g. heatmaps, session recording) — these are anonymized and do not include passwords or personal data.
- The service may send automated emails after visiting certain subpages, if the user has consented to commercial communication.
Section 08
Cookie Information
The service uses cookies — text files stored on the user's device. Cookies enable:
- maintaining the session after login,
- fulfillment of marketing and statistical purposes.
The service uses "session" cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) and "persistent" cookies (stored for a specified period or until deleted by the user).
By default, browsers allow cookies to be stored. Users can change browser settings, delete cookies or block their automatic saving.
Restricting cookies may affect some features of the service. Cookies may also be used by the operator's partners, such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter.
Section 09
