The history of the Printoscope
The Printoscope system was created in 2005 by Sygnity S.A., which successfully developed and sold it internationally. The solution was inspired by customers’ growing need for a tool that enabled effective monitoring and management of printouts on analog printing devices. At that time, no similar solution existed on the market.
Printoscope was the first system to enable monitoring and tracking printing using external terminals connected to analog devices. As technology advances, printing and multifunction devices have been equipped with digital platforms that enable electronic document management and workflow.
Printoscope is a software product under constant development, currently integrated with all leading device manufacturers on the market. After years of dynamic development, the system was acquired by MileStone Sp. z o.o., which continues its development and implements modern technologies, ensuring stability, security, and an intuitive user interface.
Since 2011, we have significantly expanded our development team, enabling the implementation of modern technologies and intensive system development. This effort resulted in the release of a new version of Printoscope in 2024 – stable, secure, and equipped with a modern user interface.
Key moments in the development of Printoscope

Sygnity S.A. begins work on the Printoscope system, responding to the growing market needs for monitoring prints on analog devices.
